Through 15 years of experience we have learned that a winning business is not created through a traditional approach alone. With Premier Executive, you will find a dedicated team who delivers fresh and exciting plans to each client, every time. We are industry savvy, keeping our finger on the pulse of consumer trends and the latest technology.
Tony Hernandez, a graduate of the University of Florida, is a leading expert in business and brand marketing. Tony specializes in consumer buying trends and has served as advisor to over 150 entrepreneurs, CEO's and marketing directors. In addition, he has successfully started, bought, and sold 10 businesses since 1995. One of his key strategies is to completely understand his client's business and industry in order to best identify their marketing needs. Tony has spent nearly half his life learning to master his chosen industry and in the process has created a new standard for how to get the most out of every marketing dollar spent. Having applied a strong and inexhaustible work ethic over the past 14 years has led his clients to describe him as dedicated, trustworthy and committed, but if there were only one word allowed to sum Tony up, it would be passionate.
A native of Miami, Tony now calls Gainesville, Florida---home of the Fightin' Gators--- his home.
Real estate, home remodeling, working out, and most importantly---work.
Tony, along with Premier Corporations, is actively committed to over 100 charities and organizations throughout Florida. In recognition and appreciation of this involvement, Gainesville Mayor Pegeen Hanrahan proclaimed January 26th as Premier Corporations Business Appreciation Day.
Tony is thankful for so many things in his life, but here are a few of his most cherished moments:
- Leading the national marketing campaign for ABC television's "America United in Support of the Troops" event
- Becoming debt-free after following the advice of renowned financial guru Dave Ramsey
- Watching his staff and company evolve and improve daily
- Marriage to his wonderful wife, Jen

Ali is a Lead Consultant with the Premier Executive team. In 2008, she proudly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Great University of Florida. During her tenure at UF, she took a multitude of pre-medical courses, an experience which has allowed Ali to form her own niche within the marketing industry. She now uses her medical and social knowledge to improve local and national-level businesses, with a high priority on non-profit and health-care organizations. Ali's intense focus and contagious enthusiasm has helped her earn the Premier Corporations Team Spirit award, one of only three company-wide recognitions. Ali was also awarded with the honor of New Kiwanian of the Year in 2009.
Ali is a proud third-generation Floridian, born and raised in beautiful Bradenton, Florida.
Ali's intense passion for the outdoors, science, global issues and fashion keep her busy when she's not caring for her sweet dogs and quirky cats. She enjoys fun times with family and friends, her wonderful church, beautiful décor and a good read. A lover of great cuisine, Ali aspires to one day becoming the world's best pound-for-pound eater.
Ali has a strong drive to serve others. This passion is reflected in the many projects she's been involved with, here and abroad: a medical mission to Central America the last two summers, volunteer work at the St. Francis House homeless shelter in Gainesville, and assisting local veterinarians in caring for feral animals. Ali is the Public Relations Chair of the Kiwanis Club of Gainesville and is a member of the University of Florida's Harn Museum of Art, the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, Grace Methodist Church, Operation Catnip, and Compassion Ministries.
Ali has led and executed a direct mail campaign for one of Florida's largest adoption organizations. As the sole project leader, she was able to save the non-profit group thousands of dollars in costs and helped generate more public awareness, as evidenced by an increase in incoming daily phone calls regarding adoptions. As Ali said: "When you're talking about a child's life, changing one is like changing the world. Even if just one child was adopted as an effect of my marketing campaign, I am content knowing I contributed to that kind of positive change."
Ali believes in letting your passions drive your career. She believes the best way to sell your brand, your company, or your need is through selling yourself. Ali knows the first step in this process is the adoption of a positive attitude.

Sheena, armed with a background in Business Management and Sociology, has worked with multiple companies and conferences nation-wide, yet still remains enthusiastically devoted to the business missions of her local clients. Her specialty is in marketing development for housing properties and she currently works with over 35 complexes, creating efficient and cost-effective campaigns. Sheena works closely alongside Premier's Chief Operating Officer Tony Hernandez, and is continually acquiring knowledge in the dynamics of business and brand marketing. She exhibits her steadfast commitment to her clients daily and many of Premier's clients have described Sheena as understanding, compassionate and driven towards success.
Sheena was born and raised in Taiwan, and has lived in multiple states of the US throughout her life. She now considers Gainesville and Fort Lauderdale to be her homes, but still remains well-grounded by her cultural roots.
A social butterfly and city girl at heart, Sheena keeps herself busy by spending time with loved ones and meeting new people. She immensely enjoys traveling and is always up for a spontaneous weekend getaway. Sheena likes learning about new cultures and strives to visit a different country each year---with over 10 visited so far and still counting. When there is a rare spare moment, she catches up on old episodes of '24' and 'Heroes', and also participates in a friendly game of poker when the opportunity presents itself.
Professionally, Sheena had the honor of being voted Employee of the Month twice within the first six months after joining the Premier team--- an accomplishment she holds very dearly to her heart. Other personal achievements include being the first in many generations of her family to graduate with a college degree, having turned down offers from Cornell and New York University to attend the University of Florida---Go Gators! Additionally, Sheena is very proud of becoming financially independent in the past two years.
Sheena wants her current and prospective clients to realize that the product or price itself does not separate them from their competition; in this global economy, there are too many companies who are able to offer the same products you do, often at lower prices. Instead, she advises her clients to give their customers a reason to do business with them and to set themselves apart from the competitive crowd by focusing on what they can offer that their competitors cannot---in other words, being very aware of---and acting on---their competitive advantages.
